Planning your own wedding can feel exciting, creative and slightly chaotic. Whether it’s at your family property, or a DIY venue anywhere in the North Island - this session is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a solid plan that actually works on the day.

With over 15 years experience in weddings and events, I’ll review your plans with a practical, real-world lens so you can avoid common mistakes and make sure your day actually flows the way you imagine it.

This is your opportunity to tap into that experience without committing to a full wedding planner.

The wedding sanity check

  • Send through your questions, any existing plans, or run sheet 1–2 weeks before your session

    We meet for a 60-minute coaching session (in person or via phone)

    I follow up with notes, recommendations, and any adjustments discussed

  • Anything you’re unsure about, including:

    • Run sheets & timelines

    • Guest flow & floorplans

    • Staffing requirements

    • Bar setup & budgeting

    • DIY venue logistics

    • Vendor recommendations

    • Music moments

    • Whether your aunty should really be making the cake…

    Nothing is off-limits! This is your chance to ask the questions you don’t want to get wrong leading up to or on the day.

    Limited to 2 bookings per month (June–September)

    This session is designed to catch any gaps early so you can relax and enjoy your wedding knowing everything has been thought through. You don’t need a full wedding planner to benefit from professional insight.

    Most couples are capable of planning their own wedding they just haven’t done it before.

    The Wedding Sanity Check is designed to bridge that gap. Giving you guidance exactly where it matters, without the cost of full-service planning.
