Whether it’s at your family property, or a DIY venue - this session is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a solid plan that actually works on the day. A one-off, expert review of your wedding plans, so nothing gets missed.

With over 15 years experience in weddings and events, I’ll review your plans with a practical, real-world lens so you can avoid common mistakes and make sure your day actually flows the way you’ve dreamt it will.

The wedding sanity check

  • Send through your questions, any existing plans, or run sheet 1–2 weeks before your session

    We meet for a 60-minute coaching session (in person or via phone)

    I follow up with notes, recommendations, and any adjustments discussed

  • Anything you’re unsure about, including:

    • Run sheets & timelines

    • Guest flow & floorplans

    • Staffing requirements

    • Bar setup & budgeting

    • DIY venue logistics

    • Vendor recommendations

    • Music moments

    • Whether your aunty should really be making the cake…

    Nothing is off-limits! This is your chance to ask the questions you don’t want to get wrong leading up to or on the day.

    Limited to 2 bookings per month (June–September)
