Wedding venue hire includes:

Access to the entire property, including the bamboo grotto, expansive lawn, nature walk, permanent marquee complete with spectacular lighting and polished concrete floor, and the commercial kitchen.
Capacity for up to 120 guests.
Personalised run sheet to assist with your planning.
Set up of 50 guest chairs and signing table at the ceremony area.
Clothed tables (round or rectangular) and ghost chairs for your reception.
Table settings; including glassware, cutlery, plates, and linen napkins.
Lawn games.
Outdoor furniture and fire pit.
Portable sound system with microphone for the ceremony and a built-in system for the reception.
Four bathrooms.
Dimmable fairy lights and pendants in the dining and dancing areas.
If you have name tags, menus, table numbers, candles or other simple
decorations, our team can place these for you when we set the tables.
Wedding coordinator for the duration of your event and a dedicated set up/pack down and bar service team.
Rehearsal in the week prior to your wedding.
Cleaning before and after your event.

On Fridays and Saturdays you may dance the night away until 11.30pm. Sunday to Thursday our closing time is 10pm.

There are a limited number of parking spaces available if you have guests who need to drive. We have a zero tolerance to drink driving.

You may select a professional caterer of your choice. No BYO food is permitted.

We will arrange return coach transfers for your guests on your behalf. The cost of this will be added to your invoice.

Charged on consumption. A selection of beers, spirits and non alcoholic beverages are available.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. Another 25% is due three months out and the remainder 14 days before your wedding date.

The corkage fee covers chilling and handling, storage, bottle disposal and glassware breakages: $15 per 750ml bottle.

A confirmation form with the full terms and conditions of venue hire will be sent to you to sign when confirming your booking.
